We have prepared Addendum Notice Number One to the RFP to provide clarification pertaining to the project. Clarification: 1. The County of Otsego will except bids for a 60 mil EPDM fully adhered roofing system in lieu of the 50 mil Duro- LastTM mechanically fastened membrane 2. If the EPDM system is proposed, the County will accept metal 24 gauge edge detail (does not have to be vinyl coated).
