BID 2023-02 The Otsego County Parks and Recreation Department is accepting proposals for non-motorized watercraft rentals at the Otsego Lake County Park. We will be allowing the watercraft rentals, from one rental company, beginning Wednesday, May 3rd 2023 through Sunday, September 24th 2023. Proposals can include but are not limited to, paddle boards, single kayaks, double kayaks, canoes and pedal boats. As part of the proposal, all equipment will need to be provided by the rental company including life jackets, watercraft, paddles, storage racks for the watercraft, and all other necessary equipment. No motorized watercraft will be accepted as part of a proposal. Each vehicles who enter the Otsego Lake County Park, will be required to purchase a day pass for $4.00 or a season pass for $15.00. The proposal must meet all Otsego County insurance requirements and have a hold harmless agreement with Otsego County. The Otsego County Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals. Proposals must be sent by mail to “Otsego County Parks and Recreation Department” at 225 W.
