BACKGROUND The Otsego County Land Use Services Department charge fees for Building, Planning and Zoning permits. The Otsego County Board of Commissioners has deemed it appropriate and reasonable to waive certain fees for Non-Profit Organizations, Local Municipalities. POLICY A. No Building Department fees may be waived, except the following: • The Building Permit Fee for Non-Profit Organizations and Governmental Agencies will be waived. All other fees associated with the permit application fees, inspection fees, etc.) shall still apply. B. No Planning or Zoning Department fees may be waived, except the following: • The Planning and Zoning Permit Fee for Non-Profit Organizations and Governmental Agencies will be waived. All other fees associated with the permit application fees, inspection fees, etc.) shall still apply. PROCEDURE The Non-Profit Organizations and Governmental Agencies must submit the required application materials (permit application, site and building plans, etc.) to the Land Use Services Department before work commences.
