Otsego County is seeking bids for a Kubota F2690 for the Louis M. Groen Nature Preserve. All bids are to be based on the following minimum equipment standards, bids must include all of the following specs: • 3-Cylinder Liquid Cooled Diesel Tier 4 Engine; 25.5 Gross HP Engine • 3000 RPM, 16.1-Gas Fuel Tank, HST Transmission (F2/R2). Hydro PS • Auto Assist 4WD with dual acting overrunning clutch/locked 4wd • Tilt Steering Wheel, Deluxe Suspension Seat, Turf Tires • 60” Mid Mount Mower, Right hand discharge, 3-Blades • Grass Catcher, 12 Bushel Capacity, Hydraulic Dump from operators • Seat Boot kit, mounting kit and hydraulic valve Bids are due by Friday April 4th, 2025 at 12:00 pm local time. Bids must be sealed and have bid number 2025-05 marked on the exterior. Bids must be submitted in writing, either by mail or dropped off in person, to the attention of Roger Latuszek, Director of the Otsego County Louis M. Groen Nature Preserve, 225 W. Main Street, Ste. 203, Gaylord, MI 49735. There will be a public bid opening on Friday April 4th at 1 pm local time at 225 W. Main Street in room 100. Attendance for the public bid opening is not required. The County of Otsego reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate any or all bids, to waive or not waive informalities or irregularities in the bids or bidding procedures and to accept any bid determined by the County to be the best interest of the County, regardless of price. Vendors located in Otsego County receive a 5% cost variance for low bid determination.
