REBID-2019-01: RECYCLING SERVICES QUESTION #3 Submitted to Rachel Frisch, Otsego County Administrator Submitted by Mark Bevelhymer, General Manager of American Waste on Tuesday, April 3, 2019 at 4:04 p.m. Question: Will there be a ( Post – Bid Recycle - Review Committee) that will (analyze each proposal submitted & interview each vendor’s management team in person at the county’s building located in Gaylord, MI) before the Budget & Finance Committee meets and before the recommendation to the Otsego Board of Commissioners to ensure the best interests for the Community Of Otsego? and as Under Part 4: Proposal Instructions – Proposal Acceptance - The County reserves the right to accept any bid determined by the County to be in the best interest of the County, regardless of price. Otsego County’s Response: Otsego County will not be forming a separate committee.
