Otsego County is seeking bids for a new Dump Trailer for its Parks and Recreation Department. All bids are to be based on the following minimum equipment standards (bids must include all specs.): - 14,000 lb GVWR - One-Piece 7 Ga Floor - 24” 10 Gauge Steel Sides - Super-Sized Front Tool Box - 10k Drop-Leg Bolt-On Jack - Retractable Tarp System (Tarp Included) - Scissor Lift 516 Cylinder - 43 Degree Dump Angle - Hydraulic Pump - 12’ Corded Remote with LED Voltage Indicator - Lifetime LED Stop, Signal, Marker, & License Plate Lights - DOT Reflective Tape - All Lighting DOT Approved - 7-Way Plug With Adaptor - Spare Tire - 14’ to 16’ in Length - 83” Width The Dump Trailer must be ready for delivery to County within 60 days of bid award. Bids are due by Friday, April 11, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. local time. Bids must be sealed and have Bid number 2022-07 marked on the exterior. Bids can be mailed/dropped off at 225 W. Main Street, Room 203, Gaylord, MI 49735. There will be a public bid opening on Friday, April 11, 2022 at 12:05 p.m. at 225 W. Main Street in Room 100. The County of Otsego reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate any or all bids to waive or not waive informalities or irregularities in the bids or bidding procedures and to accept any bid determined by the County to be in the best interest of the County, regardless of price.
