To: All Potential Vehicle Bidders From: Otsego County Date: January 12, 2024 Subject: BID 2024-01 Otsego County Sheriff’s 2023 Dodge Durango Pursuit AWD Otsego County is seeking bids for One, 2023 Dodge Durango Pursuit AWD for its Sheriff’s Office. All bids are to be based on the following minimum equipment standards: Delivery Requirement: Otsego County will take possession via delivery from the dealership to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office as soon as possible after notification of the bid award. Vehicle Requirements: Bids must indicate a timeframe for delivery of the vehicle. Durango Optional Features: 22Z – 5.7L V8 Hemi PXJ – DB Black A7X9 - Black cloth bucket seats w/ Rear Vinyl CW6 – Deactivate rear doors/ Windows GXF – Entire Fleet Key (FREQ 1) – 8 keys LNA – Black Right LED Spot lamp LNF – Black Left LED Spot Lamp These are all factory direct requirements including additional features. There will be a public bid opening on Monday, January 29, 2024 at 12:15 pm at 225 W. Main Street, in Room 100.
