REBID-2019-01: RECYCLING SERVICES QUESTION #2 Submitted to Rachel Frisch, Otsego County Administrator Submitted by Mark Bevelhymer, General Manager of American Waste on Tuesday, April 3, 2019 at 2:44 p.m. Question: In reviewing the RFP, it does not mention what the condition or appearance of the containers shall be, except “the bins shall be kept in good repair and shall have decal / signage on the outside provided by the county”. Are the attached photos of the recycle bins that are currently being provided by your current vendor – Emmet County, acceptable or not acceptable for the term of the proposed 4 year contract for the Community of Otsego County as the pictures show these containers are rusted, paint fading and appearance very poor?
