All bids are to be based on the following minimum equipment standards: One New 2021, 4‐Wheel Drive, ½ or ¾ ton Pickup Truck with Crew cab and 4 doors Standard Box Trailer Tow Package with Electric Brake Controller Dual Batteries and Heavy Duty Alternator Leather Interior Power Steering Tilt Steering Wheel Power Anti‐lock Brakes Power Windows and Door Locks Air Conditioning Standard Engine Automatic Transmission Horn/Convenience Light Group Traction Control Intermittent Windshield Wipers Plastic/Rubber Flooring (no carpet) Radio Spray‐in Bedliner Cruise Control There will be a vehicle used for a trade‐in to be considered in this bid. It is a 2014 Dodge Ram Quad Cab, approx. 140,000 miles. No rust, good condition. There will be a public bid opening on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 1:05 p.m. at 225 W. Main Street in Room 212 The County of Otsego reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate any or all bids to waive or not waive informalities or irregularities in the bids or bidding procedures and to accept any bid determined by the County to be in the best interest of the County, regardless of price.
