NOTICE OF PUBLIC INPUT Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Council will meet Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the meeting receive public input on the proposed ordinances briefly described as follows: “An ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, approving the amendment of the development agreement for land generally located along the south side of 12th Street between Lincoln Avenue and Grant Avenue; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.” “An ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Subsection 15-6- 2.B and Subsection 15-12-11.A to revise standards for front yard parking for single-family properties; amending Section 15-13-4 by adopting a new Subsection K to limit the amount of hard surfaces in the front yard of single family and duplex lots; and by providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.” Copies of the proposed ordinances are on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, Ogden, Utah. At the above time and place any person or persons interested in the final passage of said ordinances will be given full time to be heard.
