Roll Call. Present: Chair White Vice Chair Blair Council Member Garner Council Member Hyer Council Member Lopez Council Member Stephens 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Reports from Administration: a. Non-Consensual Towing. Proposed Ordinance 2016-35 amending the Ogden Municipal Code by repealing Chapter 5-8D and adopting a new Chapter 5-8D to implement towing requirements, regulations and fees. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 6-0) 5. Public Hearings: a. FY2016 Budget Amendment – Year-end adjustments. Proposed Ordinance 2016-31 amending the city budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $1,620,167. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 6-0) b. FY2017 Budget Presentation. i. Salary Schedules. Proposed Ordinance 2016-30 adopting salary schedules for all employees of the City. (Ordinance adopted with a change to the staffing document amending the Assistant City Attorney position range, vote: 6-0) ii. FY2017 Tentative City Budget. Proposed Ordinance 2016-27 adopting the tentative budget of Ogden City for the Fiscal Year 2016-2017, setting a public hearing to consider a proposed change in the certified tax rate, and setting a public hearing to adopt the final budget. (Ordinance adopted with an amendment to increase the amount budgeted in a property tax contingency, vote: 4-2) iii. Fire Safety Trailer Fees. Proposed Ordinance 2016-34 amending Subsection 4-6-1.C to revise the fee schedule pertaining to fire services. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 6-0) 6. Public Comments.
