CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Council will meet Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the Council meeting conduct public hearings on the proposed ordinances and resolutions briefly described as follows: “An Ordinance of Ogden City amending the Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $1,289,210 from sources as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and increasing the appropriations for a gross increase of $1,289,210 as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.” “An Ordinance of Ogden City amending the Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $3,005,000 from sources as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and increasing the appropriations for a gross increase of $3,005,000 as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.” “A Resolution of the Ogden City Council adopting Amendment #1 to the Annual Action Plan for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017, and directing that this document be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.” “A Resolution of the Ogden City Council determining the adequacy of consideration to be received for the lease of City property located at 340 Washington Boulevard.” Copies of the ordinances and resolutions are on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah.
