NOTICE OF PUBLIC INPUT Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Council will meet Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the meeting receive public input on the proposed ordinances briefly described as follows: “An ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Section 15-1-11 to provide for the analysis of land uses not included in a zoning district; and by providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.” “An ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Sections 15-2-14 and 15-13-37 to modify regulations regarding mobile food vendors; and by providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.” “An ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, amending the Ogden City General Plan by amending the West Ogden Community Plan by amending Section 4.11 to remove the requirement to install a parking lot and restroom facility for the trailhead at the south end of E Avenue for Observatory Park; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.” Copies of the proposed ordinances are on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, Ogden, Utah. At the above time and place any person or persons interested in the final passage of said ordinances will be given full time to be heard.
