Moment of Silence. 4. Recognitions: a. Richard Myers. Recognizing the late Richard Myers for contributing a life of service and leadership to the Ogden community. (No action required) b. Zero Fatalities. Presentation by Zero Fatalities on the “100 Deadliest Days” campaign. (No action required) 5. Common Consent: a. Christmas Village Committee. Consideration of the appointments of Brenda Burrup, Keri Fatine-Ritz, and Andrew Garcia to the Ogden City Christmas Village Committee. (Appointments approved, vote: 7-0) b. Fiscal Year 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Plan Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2017-33 amending the FY 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Plan by adding Project PK100 New Arena Seating. (Public hearing set for July 11, 2017, vote: 7-0) 6. Public Hearings: a. Fiscal Year 2017 Budget Amendment – Year End Adjustments. Proposed Ordinance 2017-27 amending the budget for the Fiscal Year 2017 to increase the total amount by $4,919,075 to recognize revenues not previously anticipated and to appropriate these funds for various expenditures. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) b. Fiscal Year 2018 Salary Schedules. Proposed Ordinance 2017-28 adopting salary schedules for all employees of the city. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) c. Enterprise Fund Transfers. Proposed transfers from the City’s Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Refuse Utility Enterprise Funds to the General Fund and Capital Improvement Fund. (No action required) d. Fiscal Year 2018 Final Budget. Proposed Ordinance 2017-29 adopting the certified tax rate for municipal purposes and adopting the budget for Ogden City. (Public hearing continued to July 11, 2017 and August 8, 2017, vote: 7-0) 7. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. Proposed Resolution 2017-4 authorizing the establishment of a survey area comprised of approximately the land bounded by and including the following streets – 23rd Street to 28th Street from Washington Boulevard to Jefferson Avenue.
