Proposed Ordinance 2023-33 amending the budget in the amount of $24,878,000 to recognize bond proceeds for the Marshall N. White Center construction and repairs to The Junction parking structures. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) 2. Budget Amendment, Merci Boxcar. Proposed Ordinance 2023-34 amending the budget in the amount of $175,000 to fund the restoration of the Merci Boxcar. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) b. Enterprise Fund Transfer. Public hearing to allow input regarding transfers from the Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Refuse Funds to the City’s General Fund. (Receive public input – no action) c. Proposed Ordinance 2023-38 amending subsection 4-6-1.A.12 of the Ogden Municipal Code to revise fees pertaining to the Engineering Division. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) 3. Fee Amendments – Water Fees. Proposed Ordinance 2023-39 amending the Ogden Municipal Code Section 9-2-4 to revise Water Hook-Up fees and adopting subsection 9-2-10E to provide fees for thawing water lines. Proposed Resolution 2023-17 approving Goals for the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget. (Adopt/not adopt resolution – roll call vote) 6. Fiscal Year 2024 Salary Schedules. Proposed Ordinance 2023-30 adopting salary schedules for employees of Ogden City. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) 7. Final Certified Tax Rate and Budget. Proposed Ordinance 2023-29 adopting the budget for Ogden City for Fiscal Year 2023-2024. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) 5. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person.
