Revised 4/2016 Ogden City Parking Permit Agreement I, Employee Number hereby acknowledge receipt of Parking (Employee Name-Printed) Permit and agree to accept and abide by the following terms and conditions for use of the permit(s): 1. Parking at the Municipal Block is Restricted. I acknowledge that parking on the Municipal Block is restricted to two hour parking between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., except by permit. 2. Lot #2 Parking Described. I also acknowledge that the City has acquired certain rights for employee parking in the private parking lot located between Kiesel and Grant on 26th Street ("Lot which rights are subject to the terms of the agreement. 3. Employee Parking is Limited. I acknowledge that as a City employee with a valid parking permit, I may only park in undesignated stalls on the Municipal Block and that I am restricted from parking in stalls designated for a. Visitor parking. b. Weber County parking. c. any other purpose not applicable to such employee, such as stalls designated for parks maintenance, amphitheater use, or court personnel. 4. Only One Personal Vehicle Parked At Any Time. I agree that if I have been issued more than one Permit, I will have only one permitted vehicle parked on the Municipal Building Lot and/or Lot #2 at any given time. 5. City Vehicles Restricted to Lot a. I agree that if I am assigned a City vehicle, the City vehicle will be parked in Lot #2 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. when the vehicle is not in use. I further agree that I will park my personal vehicle, with Permit, in Lot #2 during the time I am using my assigned City vehicle. b. I agree that if I periodically drive a City Vehicle assigned to my division or department that I will park my personal vehicle, with Permit, in Lot #2 during the time I am using the City vehicle. c. I acknowledge that the City’s stalls are located on the west half of Lot I agree never to park a City vehicle or my personal vehicle in any stall located east of the center light poles. d. I understand that failure to display the Permit on my personal vehicle, or unauthorized use of the east half of the parking lot, may subject the employee to penalties or towing. 6. I acknowledge that the Permit is and remains the property of Ogden City Corporation. I further acknowledge that the Parking Permit issued by Ogden City authorizes me to park in authorized locations for more than two hours in the Municipal Building Lot or Lot #2 and that no contractual relationship is created by the issuance and acceptance of this Permit. I acknowledge that the City is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage, to any vehicle or vehicle contents resulting from parking on the Municipal Block or Lot 7. I acknowledge that I can be disciplined up to and including termination, for violating any terms of the Agreement.
