CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Council will meet Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the Council meeting conduct a public hearing on the proposed ordinance briefly described as follows: “An Ordinance of Ogden City amending the Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $567,000 from sources as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and increasing the appropriations for a gross increase of $567,000 as detailed in the body of this ordinance; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.” A copy of the ordinance is on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah.
