Ogden City City Council Meeting Results August 18, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 1. Roll Call. Proposed Joint Resolution 2015-22 honoring Lincoln Elementary Principal Ross Lunceford for being named Utah’s 2015 National Distinguished Principal. (Joint resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) b. Jennifer Godin – Ogden City School District. Proposed Joint Resolution 2015-23 honoring Ogden School District Counselor Jennifer Godin for being named Utah’s 2015 Elementary Counselor of the year. (Joint resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) 5. Approval of Minutes. (Approved, vote: 7-0) a. Regular Meeting on May 26, 2015 – Council member Blair b. Work Session on May 26, 2015 and Regular Meeting on June 2, 2015 – Council member Garner c. Work Session on June 11, 2015 and Closed Session on May 26, 2015 – Council member Gochnour d. Consideration of the reappointments and appointments of Scott Patria, Debra Muller, Bryan Smith, Teri Zenger, Sheila Favero, Russ Adams, R. Brandon Long, and Shane Osguthorpe to the Ogden City Arts Committee. (Reappointments/appointments approved, vote: 7-0) b. Ogden Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee. Consideration of the appointment of Matt Spencer to the Ogden Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee. (Appointment approved, vote: 7-0) c. Budget Amendment – New Fire Station Proposed Ordinance 2015-38 amending the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $1,234,254.
