© GBS Benefits 2016 Wellness Services © GBS Benefits 2016 Wellness Services © GBS Benefits 2017 Wellness Services SESAME CHICKEN PA SEPTEMBER FEATURED RECIPE Ingredients: • 2 cups uncooked pasta • 2 large chicken breasts • 1 T. sesame oil • 1 T. soy sauce Vinaigrette: • 2 T. olive oil • 2 T. rice vinegar • 1.5 T. honey • 1.5 T. sesame oil • ¾ t. soy sauce • 1 clove garlic (optional) • 1/8 t. salt • 10 oz. bag salad (cabbage, carrot, kale, etc.) • Sesame seeds • Green onions Directions: 1. Cook pasta per package directions. 2. Heat oven to 425°F. 3. Toss chicken breasts in the sesame oil and soy sauce and bake in a small baking dish for 10 minutes. 4. Flip and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes (depending on size of chicken breasts), until cooked through. 5. Allow to rest for 5 minutes on a cutting board before slicing into strips. 6. Shake together all vinaigrette ingredients and toss in a large bowl with the cooked chicken, pasta, and salad/cabbage mix, until completely coated. 7.
