Ogden City City Council Meeting Results April 21, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 1. Roll Call. Present: Chair Hyer Vice Chair White Council Member Blair Council Member Garner Council Member Gochnour Council Member Stephens Council Member Wicks 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Approval of Minutes: (Minutes approved, vote: 7-0) a. Regular meeting of January 6, 2015 – Council member Wicks 5. Common Consent: (Voice vote) a. Annexation – 3284 South 1700 West. Proposed Ordinance 2015-14 providing for the annexation of 0.82 acres of land generally located at 3284 South 1700 West and classifying said land as Manufacturing and Industrial Zone (Petition accepted for further review and certification, vote: 7-0) b. FY2016-2020 Capital Improvement Plan. Proposed Ordinance 2015-15 approving the Capital Improvement Plan for the Fiscal Years 2016 to 2020. (Public hearing set for May 5, 2015, vote: 7-0) 6. Public Hearings: a. Center Avenue Street Vacation. Proposed Ordinance 2015-10 vacating a portion of Center Avenue in the 1600 South block (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) b. FY2015 Budget Amendment – 2nd Street and Harrison Boulevard. Proposed Ordinance 2015-11 amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 to recognize and appropriate additional revenues for Capital Improvement Projects EN083 2nd Street & Harrison Intersection ($966,000), and EN090 Harrison Boulevard Widening ($3,825,000). (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) c. Sewer Utility/Storm Utility Fund: i. Proposed Ordinance 2015-16 amending Section 2-4-14.C of the Ogden Municipal Code relating to the operation of the Storm Sewer Enterprise Fund. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0 ) ii. Proposed Ordinance 2015-12 amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 to separate storm sewer and sanitary sewer funds into separate Enterprise Funds.
