Ogden City City Council Special Meeting Results October 13, 2015 – immediately following the Redevelopment Agency meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 1. Roll Call. Present: Chair Hyer Vice Chair White Council Member Blair Council Member Garner Council Member Gochnour Council Member Stephens Council Member Wicks 2. Common Consent (voice vote): a. Fiscal Year 2016 Budget Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2015-45 amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $1,604,925. (Public hearing set for October 27, 2015, vote: 7-0) 3. Public Comments: This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas. Please state your name and address clearly for the record, and limit your comments to three minutes. 4. Comments: a. Mayor. b. Council members. 5. Closed Executive Session. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Executive Session pursuant to one or more of the provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open and Public Meetings Law: a.
