Ogden City Redevelopment Agency Meeting Results June 9, 2015 – immediately following the Special City Council meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 1. Roll call. Pursuant to Section 52-4-207 “Electronic Meetings” of the Open and Public Meetings Law, Board member Stephens will participate in the meeting via teleconference and such electronic means will provide the public body the ability to communicate via the teleconference. Work Session of April 21, 2015 – Board member Gochnour 3. Common Consent: (voice vote) a. FY2015 Budget Amendment – Year End Adjustments. Proposed Resolution 2015-8 amending the budget for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 in the amount of $1,757,100. (Set public hearing set for June 23, 2015, vote: 7-0) 4. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Board regarding your concerns or ideas for the Ogden Redevelopment Agency (RDA). Please state your name and address clearly for the record and limit your comments to three minutes. 5. Comments: a. RDA Executive Director. b. Board members. 6. Closed Executive Session. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Executive Session pursuant to one or more of the provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open and Public Meetings Law: a. Discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual b. Strategy session to discuss collective bargaining c. Strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation d. Strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property e. Strategy session to discuss the sale of real property f. Discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems g.
