Ogden Christian Church. Recognizing Ogden Christian Church for being an invaluable part of the Ogden community for 90 years. (No action required) 5. Request to be on the agenda: a. Ogden Police Department Survey. Presentation by Dr. Monica Williams, Weber State University Assistant Professor. (No action required) 6. Common Consent: (voice vote) a. Ogden City Arts Committee. Consideration of the re-appointments of Michael Palumbo and Shane Osguthorpe to the Ogden City Arts Committee. (Reappointments approved, vote: 7-0) 7. Approval of Minutes: (Minutes approved, vote: 7-0) a. Regular Session of December 6, 2016 – Council member Stephens b. Joint Work Session of December 6, 2016 – Council member Blair c.
