Roll Call. Chair White Vice Chair Blair Council Member Garner Council Member Hyer Council Member Lopez Council Member Nadolski Council Member Stephens 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Recognition: a. Former Mayor Robert Madsen. Recognizing Mayor Madsen for dedicating his life to service that has vastly improved our community and the lives of all he knew. b. Boys and Girls Club Day. Proposed Joint Proclamation declaring March 30, 2017 as “Boys and Girls Club Day” in Ogden City. (Joint proclamation approved, vote: 7-0) c. Judge Andrea Lockwood. Recognizing Judge Lockwood for providing the Ogden community with justice and fairness during her 37 years of service with the City. 5. Common Consent: a. Ogden Housing Authority Reppointments. Consideration of the reappointments of Eric. D. DeFries, Gregory W. Chapman, Edna Morehouse and Ward Ogden to the Ogden Housing Authority with terms ending March 15, 2021. (Reappointments approved, vote: 7-0) 6. Approval of Minutes: (Minutes approved, vote: 7-0) a. Joint Work Session of October 4, 2016 – Council member Blair b. Work Session of December 13, 2016 – Council member Garner 7. Reports from Administration: a. Water Grant Application. Proposed Joint Resolution 2017-3 authorizing and supporting an application for a small- scale water efficiency project grant. (Joint resolution approved, vote: 7-0) ---PAGE BREAK--- March 28, 2017 Page 2 of 2 8. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name and address for the record. The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings.
