Approval of Minutes: (Minutes approved, vote: 7-0) a. Regular Meeting of March 21, 2017 – Council member Blair b. Joint Session of June 13, 2017 – Council member Lopez c. Special Meeting of June 13, 2017 – Council member Nadolski d. Joint Session of June 20, 2017 – Council member Stephens e. Work Session of June 27, 2017 – Council member Garner 6. Common Consent: (Voice vote) a. Christmas Village Committee. Consideration of the appointment of Maralyn Mazza to the Christmas Village Committee. (Appointment approved, vote: 7-0) 7. Public Hearings: a. Fiscal Year 2018 Arts Grants. Proposed Resolution 2017-20 awarding Arts Grants for FY2017-18. (Resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) 8. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name for the record.
