Ogden City City Council Meeting Results February 23, 2016 - 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 1. Roll Call. Pursuant to Section 52-4-207 “Electronic Meetings” of the Open and Public Meetings Law, Chair White will participate in the meeting via teleconference and such electronic means will provide the public body the ability to communicate via the teleconference. Present: Chair White Vice Chair Blair Council Member Garner Council Member Hyer Council Member Lopez Council Member Nadolski 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Common Consent: a. FY2017-2021 Capital Improvement Plan. Proposed Ordinance 2016-11 approving the Capital Improvement Plan for the Fiscal Years 2017 to 2021. (Public hearing set for March 15, 2016, vote: 6-0) 5. Reports from Administration: a. Property Acquisition – 550 22nd Street. Proposed Resolution 2016-7 approving entering into a real estate purchase contract with the Board of Education of the Ogden School District for the acquisition of the existing Dee Elementary School located at 550 22nd Street. (Resolution adopted, vote: 6-0) 6. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name and address for the record. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office ([EMAIL REDACTED]). The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings.
