Mid-Year Fee Amendments – Fee Schedule. Proposed Ordinance 2016-65 amending the general fee schedule to include security alarm fees and modify the returned check fee. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) 6. Reports from the Administration: a. FY2016 Prior Year Encumbrances and Project Carryover Budget Adjustments. (Accepted for review, vote: 7-0) 7. New Business: a. Appointment of Police Chief. Consideration of advice and consent of a new Ogden City Police Chief. (Appointment approved, vote: 7-0) 8. Closed Executive Session. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Executive Session pursuant to one or more of the provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open and Public Meetings Law: a.
