How to Access Meeting Agendas: City Council meeting agendas are available through the following sources: Council Website: Municipal Building: 2549 Washington Blvd., second floor lobby I (801) 629‐8150 Agenda Hotline (Audio): (801) 629‐8159 Email Notifications: Sign up to receive weekly agendas through the City Council informational email list Agenda Information Packets: The agenda information packet includes a printed agenda, council staff reports, correspondence and supporting materials for each agenda item. These packets are available for public review at: Council Website: City Recorder’s Office: Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Blvd, #220 Available after 8:00 a.m., on the Monday preceding the Tuesday meeting I (801) 629‐8150 How to get an item on the Agenda: To request to be on the City Council meeting agenda, complete the form on the Council’s website or email [EMAIL REDACTED]. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the Tuesday meeting date (time on the agenda is subject to availability). Agenda time is reserved for nonprofits or individuals presenting topics of general community interest. Presentations: Are limited to 10 minutes and subject to Council leadership approval. May not include funding requests or items the Council will vote on. As an alternative, individuals may address the Council under the ‘Public Comments’ section of the agenda. Additional information is available the Council’s website. Individuals Who Will Not Be Given Time on the Agenda: Political candidates. Elected officials may be allowed time, but only to discuss city business, not election‐related topics. Individuals wishing to discuss religious issues. Individuals intending to criticize administrative staff. Such concerns should be referred to the Mayor’s Office.
