NOTICE OF PUBLIC INPUT Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Council will meet Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the meeting conduct public input on proposed ordinances briefly described as follows: “An ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, amending the Ogden City General Plan by amending community policies and future zoning recommendations in the TO Smith Community Plan; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.” “An ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, amending the zoning map of Ogden City, as adopted by Section 15-3-3 of the Ogden Municipal Code, to reclassify as Neighborhood Commercial Zone (C-1) property heretofore classified as Multiple Family Residential Zone generally located at 3475-3495 Harrison Boulevard, and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.” Copies of the proposed ordinances are on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, Ogden, Utah. At the above time and place any person or persons interested in the final passage of said ordinance will be given full time to be heard.
