Ogden City City Council Meeting Results February 17, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 1. Roll Call. Present: Chair Hyer Vice Chair White Council Member Blair Council Member Garner Council Member Gochnour Council Member Stephens Council Member Wicks 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Recognition: (Voice vote) a. Jan M. Zogmaister. Proposed Joint Resolution 2015-9 recognizing Jan M. Zogmaister for her many years of service and significant contributions to the Ogden community. (Joint resolution approved, vote: 7-0) 5. Approval of Minutes (Minutes approved, vote: 7-0): a. Special meeting of January 13, 2015 – Council member Garner 6. Common Consent: (Voice vote) a. Mid-year Fee Amendment-Golf Courses. Proposed Ordinance 2014-47 amending Subsection 4-6-1.B.4 to amend fees related to the Mt. Ogden and El Monte Golf Courses. (Public hearing set for March 17, 2015, vote: 7-0) 7. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. Minimum Queuing Distance. Proposed Ordinance 2015-3 amending Subsection 15-23-5.I to reduce the minimum queuing distance from entry/exit scales to the public right-of-way for waste transfer stations.
