Reports from the Administration: a. FY2016 Redevelopment Agency Annual Report. (Report accepted for review, vote: 7-0) 5. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Board regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person. The Board encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings. New Business: a. 2017 Legislative Priorities. Joint Resolution 2017-1 adopting Ogden City’s legislative priorities for the 2017 Utah General Legislative Session. (Joint resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) b. Council Norms. Resolution 2017-2 approving modifications to Council Norms. (Item pulled from agenda for consideration at a later date, vote: 7-0) 5.
