Moment of Silence. 4. Recognitions: a. Child Abuse Prevention Month. Proposed Joint Proclamation declaring April 2017 as “Child Abuse Prevention Month” in Ogden City. (Joint proclamation approved, vote: 7-0) b. Fair Housing Month. Proposed Joint Proclamation declaring April 2017 as “Fair Housing Month” in Ogden City. (Joint proclamation approved, vote: 7-0) c. Arnie Ferrin. Recognition of Arnie Ferrin, former NBA player, for providing invaluable contributions to the Ogden community. d. Wataru Misaka. Recognition of Wat Misaka, former NBA player, for providing invaluable contributions to the Ogden community. 5. Common Consent: (Voice vote) a. FY2017 Capital Improvement Plan Amendment – Amphitheater Upgrades. Proposed Ordinance 2017-13 amending the FY2017-2021 Capital Improvement Plan by adding Project AM004 Amphitheater Upgrades. (Public hearing set for April 18, 2017, vote: 7-0) b. FY2017 Budget Amendment – Amphitheater Upgrades, El Monte Golf Course, RAMP Grants. Proposed Ordinance 2017-14 amending the FY2017 Budget for anticipated revenues of $596, 730. (Public hearing set for April 18, 2017, vote: 7-0) c. Planning Commission. Consideration of the appointment of Jennifer Sandau to the Ogden City Planning Commission. (Appointment approved, vote: 7-0) 6. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. BDO Street Master Plan Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2017-15 amending the BDO Street Master Plan by removing Amidan Street as a public road.
