June 29, 2017 NOTICE OF PUBLIC INPUT The Ogden City Council will consider a request to include a portion of the properties located at approximately 1400 South Maxfield Drive (also referred to as 1800 East Canyon Road) in the 12th Street Corridor Overlay Zone. The southern portion of the properties are already included in the 12th Street Overlay Zone; the petition would add the northern one‐third of the subject properties to the overlay zone. The City Planning Commission reviewed the request and recommends approval of the proposal. At the meeting, the Council may accept the Planning Commission’s recommendation, modify it, or deny the request. The City Council will receive public input at the City Council meeting to be held Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located on the third floor of the Municipal Building at 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden Utah. You are invited to attend this meeting to express your views regarding this proposal.
