CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Council will meet Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the Council meeting conduct a public hearing on the proposed ordinances briefly described as follows: “An Ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Section 5-6- 2 to change the definition of alarm user; amending Section 5-6-3 to review permit requirements for alarm users; amending Section 5-6-6 to revise service fees and penalties for excessive false alarms; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.” “An Ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Subsection 4-6-1.D to revise the fee schedule to include alarm fees; amending Subsection 4-6-1.F to address fees related to dishonored checks and collection matters; and providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage.” Copies of the ordinances are on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah.
