Ogden City City Council Meeting Results October 20, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 1. Roll Call. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. Single-family Homes in Historic Buildings. Proposed Ordinance 2015-46 amending the Ogden Municipal Code amending Section 15-6-3 to allow nonconforming single family homes as a reuse option for historic buildings. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 6-0) b. Post High School Educational Institutions in Commercial Zones. Proposed Ordinance 2015-47 amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Sections 15-34-2 and 15-38-5 to allow post high school institutions and housing in commercial and CBD Zones.
