NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Planning Commission will meet Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 5pm in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, in Ogden City, Weber County, Utah, and during that meeting will then and there conduct a public hearing to consider the following: 1. Petition #2017-4 to rezone from R-1-10 to R-1-10/12th Street Overlay property at approximately 1800 E Canyon Road 2. Petition #2017-5 to rezone from R-1-5 to C-3/CO property at approximately 830 W 27th Street. 3. Proposed Ordinance Amendment to amend 15-13-38 regarding window sizes and internet advertising for vacation rentals. At the above time and place any person or persons interested in the final passage of said action will be given full time to be heard. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids or services for these meetings should call Ogden City Management Services at 629-8701 (TDD# 629-8949) or by e-mail: [EMAIL REDACTED] giving at least 48 hours advance notice.
