NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Planning Commission will meet Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 5pm in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, in Ogden City, Weber County, Utah, and during that meeting will then and there conduct a public hearing to consider the following: 1. Petition #2017-2 to consider amending the Zoning Ordinance to allow student housing in the R-5 and CP-2 zones within 1,200 feet from the campus of WSU; 2. Petition #2017-4 to rezone parcel # 13-071-0054 from R-1-10 to R-1-10/12th Street Overlay 3. Petition #2017-5 to amend the West Ogden Community Plan to consider an option for C-3/CO commercial with a conditional overlay between 800 West and 924 West 27th Street and both sides of Binford between F and G Avenues. 4. Petition #2017-6 to amend the DDO District Plan to eliminate Amidan Drive from the street master plan; At the above time and place any person or persons interested in the final passage of said action will be given full time to be heard.
