Moment of Silence. 4. Common Consent: (Voice vote) a. FY2018-2022 Capital Improvement Plan. Proposed Ordinance 2017-5 approving the Capital Improvement Plan for the Fiscal Years 2018 to 2022. (Public hearing set for March 21, 2017, vote: 6-0) b. FY2017-2021 Capital Improvement Plan Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2017-7 to amend the FY2017-2021 Capital Improvement Plan by adding Project RG061 futsal court at Marshall White Park. (Public hearing set for March 21, 2017, vote: 6-0) c. FY2017 Budget Amendment – 27th Street Sanitary Sewer Repairs, etc. Proposed Ordinance 2017-8 amending the FY2017 Budget by increasing the anticipated revenues and appropriations for $2,658,543. (Public hearing set for March 21, 2017, vote: 6-0) 5. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. General Plan Amendments and Arts and Culture Master Plan: i. Presentation ii. Public input iii. Proposed Ordinance 2017-9 amending the arts and cultural elements of the Ogden City General Plan. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) iv. Proposed Ordinance 2017-10 adopting the Ogden City Arts and Culture Master Plan. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) 6. Reports from the Administration: a. Infill Housing Project at 2100 Porter Avenue. Proposed Resolution 2017-3 approving funding for land development and construction of the Infill Housing Project at 2100 Porter Avenue. (Resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) 7. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person.
