Regular meeting of November 15, 2016 – Council member Garner f. Closed session of November 15, 2016 – Council member Stephens 5. Common Consent (voice vote): a. Weber-Morgan Board of Health. Consideration of the appointment of Neil Garner to the Weber-Morgan Board of Health. (Appointments approved, vote: 7-0) 6. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. Rezone of property at 350 7th Street. Proposed Ordinance 2017-2 to amend the zoning map for property located at 350 7th Street from Single Family Residential(R-1-6) and Community Commercial (C-2) zones to Multiple Family Residential (R-3) zone. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) b. Non-Conforming commercial style buildings ordinance amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2017-3 to amend Section 15-6-3.H of the Ogden Municipal Code regarding the uses and standards for non- conforming commercial style buildings in residential zones. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) 7. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name and address for the record.
