Page 1 of 1 Ogden City Council Work Session: March 21, 2017 GOAL FOUNDATION YEARLY CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT REPORT Action: To receive report Background The City Council has requested to receive information from local foundations and nonprofit organizations that have a contractual agreement with Ogden City. These presentations help the Council to become more familiar with the objectives and efforts of the organizations. The foundation will describe their organizational mission and goals, successes and challenges over the past year and any future plans for your organization. Attached is a report provided by GOAL Foundation. Jenny Scothern will be present to give a report. Entry includes shirt, medal, transportation to start, and supported course. Starts at the original full start area below Red Rock Ranch and ends at Eden Park. Race starts at 7:30 am. Register at www.ogdenmarathon.com. * Apr. 29: Winter Race Circuit 30K, Get your long run in before the Ogden Marathon race day. Entry includes shirt, medal and supported course. Starts and ends at Valley Elementary. Race starts at 7:30 am. Join Bart Yasso, Runner’s World Chief Running Officer, for a free shake out fun run at 9:00 am. Starts at the High Adventure Park, 18th and Grant Ave, and ends at the finish line. Registration includes a shirt and Mayor Challenge Coin.
