Ogden City City Council Meeting Results April 7, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 1. Roll Call. Recognition: a. Joseph Nicholas. Proposed Joint Resolution 2015-12 recognizing the life and legacy of Joseph Nicholas and his significant contributions to the Ogden community. (Resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) b. Child Abuse Prevention Month. Proposed Joint Proclamation of the Ogden City Council and Mayor declaring April 2015 as “Child Abuse Prevention Month” in Ogden City. (Joint proclamation approved, vote: 7-0) 5. Request to be on the Agenda: a. Weber Speaks. Weber State University students will provide six persuasive speeches regarding formula- based business restrictions. 6. Approval of Minutes: (Minutes approved, vote: 7-0) a. Common Consent: (Voice vote) a. Center Avenue Street Vacation. Proposed Ordinance 2015-10 vacating a portion of Center Avenue in the 1600 South block. (Public hearing set for April 21, 2015, vote: 7-0) b. FY2015 Budget Amendment – 2nd Street and Harrison Boulevard. Proposed Ordinance 2015-11 amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 in the amount of $4,791,000. (Public hearing set for April 21, 2015, vote: 7-0) c. FY2015 Budget Amendment – Sewer Utility/Storm Utility Fund. Proposed Ordinance 2015-12 amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. (Public hearing set for April 21, 2015, vote: 7-0) d. Weber-Morgan Board of Health. Consideration of the reappointment of Neil K. Garner to the Weber- Morgan Board of Health.
