CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Council will meet Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the Council meeting conduct a public hearing on the proposed ordinance briefly described as follows: “An Ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, adopting the tentative budget of Ogden City for Fiscal Year 2017-2018.” A copy of the ordinance is on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah. At the above time and place any person or persons interested in the proposed budget will be given full time to be heard. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Redevelopment Agency will meet Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the Redevelopment Agency meeting conduct a public hearing on the proposed resolution briefly described as follows: “A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Ogden City Redevelopment Agency adopting the annual budget for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 as required by Section 17C-1-601.5, Utah Code Annotated, 1953.” A copy of the resolution is on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah. At the above time and place any person or persons interested in the proposed budget will be given full time to be heard. MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Ogden City Municipal Building Authority will meet Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the third floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah, and will then and there during the Municipal Building Authority meeting conduct a public hearing on the proposed resolution briefly described as follows: “A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Ogden City Municipal Building Authority adopting the annual budget for Fiscal Year 2017-2018.” A copy of the resolution is on file for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah.
