Roll Call. Present: Chair White Vice Chair Blair Council Member Garner Council Member Hyer Council Member Lopez Council Member Nadolski 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Public Hearings: a. Proposed Removal of the Stout Home from the Local Historic Register. Proposed Ordinance 2016- 28 rescinding the prior designation for the Allen Joseph Stout home as a local historic resource on property located at 885 12th Street. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 6-0) 5. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. Petition to Amend Maximum Height Limits in the M-1 and DDR Zones. Proposed Ordinance 2016-29 amending section 15-22-1 of the Municipal Code to increase the maximum height requirements in M-1 and DDR zones. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 6-0) 6. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name and address for the record. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office ([EMAIL REDACTED]).
