Ogden City City Council Special Meeting Results January 13, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 1. Roll Call. Present: Chair Hyer Vice Chair White Council Member Blair Council Member Garner Council Member Gochnour Council Member Stephens Council Member Wicks 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Recognition: a. Dale C. Campbell. Joint Resolution 2015-1 recognizing Dale C. Campbell for his many years of service and significant contributions to Ogden City. (Resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) b. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service. Joint Proclamation declaring January 19, 2015 “Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service” in Ogden City. (Joint proclamation approved, vote: 7-0) 5. Approval of Minutes (Minutes approved, vote: 7-0): a. Minutes of the Work Session of December 9, 2014 – Council member Blair b. Minutes of the Special Meeting of December 9, 2014 – Council member Garner 6. Common Consent (voice vote): a. Water Conservation Plan. Proposed Resolution 2015-2 adopting the 2014 Water Conservation Plan as required by Utah Code Section 73-10-32. (Public hearing set for January 27, 2015, vote: 7-0) 7.
