Approval of Minutes: (Minutes approved, vote: 5-0) a. Regular Meeting of February 28, 2017 – Council member Lopez 5. Reports from Planning Commission: a. T.O. Smith Community Plan Amendments. Proposed Ordinance 2017-21 amending the Ogden City General Plan by amending community policies and future zoning recommendations in the T.O. Smith Community Plan. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 5-0) b. Proposed rezone of 3475 and 3495 Harrison Boulevard. Proposed Ordinance 2017-22 amending the zoning map of Ogden City to reclassify property generally located at 3475 and 3495 Harrison Boulevard from Multiple Family Residential Zone (R-4) to Neighborhood Commercial Zone (Ordinance adopted, vote: 5-0) 6. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name for the record. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office ([EMAIL REDACTED]). The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings.
