Ogden City City Council Meeting Results March 15, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 1. Roll Call. Present: Chair White Vice Chair Blair Council Member Garner Council Member Hyer Council Member Lopez Council Member Nadolski Council Member Stephens 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Recognition: a. Abbie Zampedri. Presentation of the Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation to Abbie Zampedri. 5. Approval of Minutes (voice vote): a. Study Session on January 19, 2016 – Council member Lopez b. Regular Meeting on January 5, 2016 – Council member Stephens c. Special Meeting on January 4, 2016 – Council member Garner 6. Common Consent (voice vote): a. FY2016 Annual Action Plan and Amendment Proposed Resolution 2016-9 adopting Amendment #1 to the Annual Action Plan for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. (Public hearing set for April 5, 2016, vote: 7-0) b. Budget Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2016-16 amending the budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 by decreasing the anticipated revenues for a gross decrease of $349,284. (Public hearing set for April 5, 2016, vote: 7-0) 7. Public Hearings: a. FY2017-2021 Capital Improvement Plan. Proposed Ordinance 2016-11 approving the Capital Improvement Plan for the Fiscal Years 2017 to 2021. (Ordinance Adopted, vote: 7-0) 8. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. Drive-through Stacking Amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2016-17 amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Subsection 15-12-6.B to clarify required stacking spaces behind the order box or boxes for restaurants. (Ordinance Adopted, vote: 7-0) 9. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name and address for the record. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office ([EMAIL REDACTED]). The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings.
