Ogden City City Council Meeting Results June 23, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 1. Roll Call. Common Consent: (voice vote) a. Recognition of Waldo the Wildcat. Proposed Joint Resolution 2015-16 honoring Weber State University mascot, Waldo the Wildcat, for his National Championship. (Joint resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) b. Recognition of the Weber State University Spirit Squad. Proposed Joint Resolution 2015-17 honoring the Weber State University Spirit Squad for its exceptional performance at Nationals. (Joint resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) c. FY2016 Budget Amendment – Transfer to Redevelopment Agency. Propose Ordinance 2015-31 amending the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $1,000,000. (Public hearing set for July 7, 2015, vote: 7-0) 5. Public Hearings: a. FY2015 Budget Amendment – Year-end adjustments. Proposed Ordinance 2015-26 amending the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 by increasing the anticipated revenues for a gross increase of $5,293,258. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) 6. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. Educational Institution Amendments. Proposed Ordinance 2015-32 amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending section 15-2-6 to redefine educational institutions. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) 7. Reports from Administration: a. Reappointment of Ogden City Constable. Proposed Resolution 2015-12 reappointing Rob Kolkman as Ogden City Constable. (Resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) 8.
