Ogden City Redevelopment Agency Special Meeting Results February 23, 2016 – immediately following the regular City Council meeting that begins at 6:00 p.m. City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, UT 84401 1. Roll Call. Pursuant to Section 52-4-207 “Electronic Meetings” of the Open and Public Meetings Law, Chair White will participate in the meeting via teleconference and such electronic means will provide the public body the ability to communicate via the teleconference. Present: Chair White (via teleconference) Vice Chair Blair Board Member Garner Board Member Hyer Board Member Lopez Board Member Nadolski 2. Approval of Minutes: (Minutes adopted, vote: 6-0) a. Special meeting of November 24, 2015 – Board member Garner b. Special meeting and work session of December 15, 2015 – Board member Hyer 3. Reports from Administration: a. Ogden River Bend Phase I Amendments. Proposed Resolution 2016-5 approving the first amendment to the Mixed Use Zone Development Agreement for the Ogden Bend Master Planned Community within the Ogden River Redevelopment Project Area. (Resolution adopted, vote: 6-0) 4. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Redevelopment Agency regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name and address for the record. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office ([EMAIL REDACTED]). The Board encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings. Comments pertaining to an agenda item that includes a public hearing or public input should be given during the meeting as that item is discussed. 5. Comments: a. Executive Director. b.
