Ogden City Council April 11, 2017 City Council Chambers Municipal Building – Third Floor 2549 Washington Boulevard, Ogden, Utah 84401 4:00 p.m. Joint Work Session City Council Work Room April 11, 2017 The purpose of the joint work session includes presentations and discussions regarding: Agenda review for the Redevelopment Agency and Special City Council meetings; Animal Ordinance Amendments – Third Dog Exception; Proposed Ordinance for Donation of Benches for Public Spaces; Council and Board Business; and Council and Board Comments. Any items not fully addressed prior to the Redevelopment Agency and Special City Council meetings, which begin at ***5:00 p.m., may be addressed immediately following those meetings. ***Special Start Time*** 5:00 p.m. Redevelopment Agency Meeting City Council Chambers April 11, 2017 1. Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Approval of Minutes: a. Special Meeting of September 27, 2016 – Vice Chair Hyer b. Closed Session of September 27, 2016 – Board member Stephens c. Regular Meeting of October 11, 2016 – Board member Lopez d. Special Meeting of October 25, 2016 – Board member Nadolski e. Special Meeting of November 15, 2016 and Regular Meeting of January 10, 2017 – Board member Garner 5. Reports from Administration: a. Ogden River Bend Phase 1 – Development Agreement Amendment. Proposed Resolution 2017-1 approving modifications to Exhibit C-1 of the Mixed Use Zone Master Development Agreement for the Ogden Bend Master Planned Community.
