Fiscal Year 2018 Budget. Proposed Resolution 2017-1 adopting the budget of the Municipal Building Authority for Fiscal Year 2017-2018. (Resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) 5. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Board regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name for the record. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office ([EMAIL REDACTED]). The Board encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings. Fiscal Year 2017 Budget Amendment – Year End Adjustments. Proposed Ordinance 2017-27 amending the budget for the Fiscal Year 2017 to increase the total amount by $4,919,075 to recognize revenues not previously anticipated and to appropriate these funds for various expenditures. (Public hearing set for June 20, 2017, vote: 7- 0) b. Fiscal Year 2018 Salary Schedules. Proposed Ordinance 2017-28 adopting salary schedules for all employees of the city. (Public hearing set for June 20, 2017, vote: 7-0) c. Enterprise Fund Transfers. Proposed Resolution 2017-12 setting a public hearing for June 20, 2017 on proposed transfers from the City’s Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Refuse Utility Enterprise Funds to the General Fund and Capital Improvement Fund. (Resolution setting the public hearing adopted, vote: 7-0) d. Fiscal Year 2018 Final Budget. Proposed Ordinance 2017-29 adopting the certified tax rate for municipal purposes and adopting the budget for Ogden City. ((Public hearing set for June 20, 2017; July 11, 2017; and August 8, 2017 vote: 7-0) 3. Public Hearings: a. Fiscal Year 2018 Tentative Budget. Proposed Ordinance 2017-23 adopting the tentative budget of Ogden City for Fiscal Year 2017-2018. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) 4. Public Comments.
